What is a Customer Listening Survey and why do I need one?
To further strengthen the performance of the manufacturing service providers, brief but meaningful interviews are held pertaining to their customer base. This has been arranged by www.MachiningPartner.com in teaming up with IV Systems, Inc. In this interview the buyers are asked questions related to their observation with reards to the performance by the service providers that they had engaged on various projects. The subjects of the interview may include:
Product / Service Quality.
Customer Service.
Delivery and Shipping.
Quoting Process.
Engineering / Technical Support.
There are two reasons for gathering the information from the feed-back received from the buyers. The first one being, to help and provide the manufacturing service providers with a better understanding of their customer base, and the second is that, it provides us with a better understanding of you as a service provider. After we have carried out the interview, we provide you with the data, and a clear note relating to our observation.
