Payment Policy !

1. ACCEPTANCE.
The services that Low Cost Solution LLC, provides to you are subject to the following Payment Policy. Low Cost Solution LLC reserves the right to update the Policy at any time without notice to you. By accepting the Terms of Service for this site you are also accepting this payment policy.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
Through its network of Web properties, Low Cost Solution LLC provides you with access to a variety of resources, including services and products, as well as the respective information (collectively Services). The services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Web properties, are subject to the Payment Policy.

SCHEDULE OF FEES.
Registration Fee: To participate in the supplier network a vendor must register and pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $495.00 ( currently WAIVED ).
Payments may be made by check or check by fax.

Commissions: When a Vendor is awarded a project as a result of a bidding event hosted on the site or contact initiated thru the site the Vendor pays Low Cost Solution LLC a commission. Low Cost Solution LLC's fee is 3% - 5%, depending on order amount, of the full amount of Vendor's bills (invoices) to Buyer for all work associated with the RFQ, for any subsequent work for the life of that product (excluding shipping charges) vendor agrees to pay 3% fee based on total dollar amount of invoices. The Vendor agrees to immediately copy Low Cost Solution LLC on all documents relevant to the transaction including, but not limited to: invoices, purchase orders, cancellations, or changes. Payment of commission is due 60 days from the date the project is awarded to the Vendor. In the case of re-orders the terms are net 60 days from the date of the Buyer's purchase order. For projects With a value of more than $50,000 payment terms can be negotiated on a project by project basis.

Project Management & Engineering / Design Fees: Fees for these services are dependent on the scope of the project and are invoiced with net 30 day terms.

Supplier Qualification Fees: A Vendor may receive a Customer Listening Survey at no charge when within first 30 days of registration. At any other time the Customer Listening Survey cost is $750, payable by check or check by fax. Low Cost Solution LLC also conducts supplier facility audits which vary in cost depending on the length of the audit and travel expenses. These fee are invoiced with terms of Net 30 days
